§1 Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts, purchases, and usage of the satoshiwall.art platform, operated by

By placing an order, the user agrees to these terms.
§2 Service Description
On satoshiwall.art, users purchase digital SatoshiCards (also called "SatoshiGifts"), which are displayed publicly on one or more walls. Users can add a title, images, text, and social media links. The SatoshiCard remains visible permanently; there is no right to change or delete it after publication (exceptions see §4).
§3 Digital Content – No Right of Withdrawal
The products are digital content that are processed and published immediately after payment.
No right of withdrawal applies according to Art. 40f OR / EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the user expressly agrees that processing starts immediately.
§4 Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they publish on their SatoshiCards. The following is not permitted:
- using copyrighted content without permission,
- publishing offensive, extremist, discriminatory, or pornographic material,
- sharing misleading or harmful content.
The provider reserves the right to delete or block content in violation of these rules without refund.
§5 User Obligations
The purchase and use of the services and products offered on SatoshiWall.art are permitted only for persons who are at least 18 years old and therefore have full legal capacity.
By making a purchase, the user confirms:
- they are entitled to publish the texts and images used,
- they do not upload unlawful or FSK18 (adult) content,
- their submissions do not violate the rights of third parties.
§6 Technical & Visual Changes
The provider reserves the right to optimize the technical or visual presentation of the walls or SatoshiCards as long as the purpose and message of the SatoshiCard remain unchanged.
§7 Availability
satoshiwall.art is generally available 24/7. However, there is no guarantee of permanent availability. Maintenance, technical issues, or updates may result in short periods of downtime.
§8 Prices and Payment Terms
Payment can be made either via Satoshi (Lightning) or credit card/bank transfer.
Terms for business customers may differ from the standard prices stated on the website.
§9 Data Protection & Newsletter
All personal data will be handled confidentially. The Privacy Policy applies.
Optionally, users can consent to receiving updates via email ("opt-in" for newsletter) when editing their Card or in the Gift Center.
§10 Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&C is invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is at the provider's registered office.
